I'm working on a new startup, and doing fractional advising work with AI-native software companies on the side — mostly the messy middle between founder-led sales and a real revenue org: pricing, pipeline, and the GTM motion that scales.

Most recently, I was CRO at Gorgias, and before that CRO at Ada, where I spent years close to the front lines of customer support automation as it shifted from rules and macros to genuinely agentic systems. I also back early-stage founders as an angel, mostly in infrastructure, dev tools, and applied AI.

I think in systems and frameworks. I work best with teams that care as much about the shape of their GTM motion as they do about the product itself.
